Application of the Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions provided here specify all the conditions that JIMEI must comply with while selling its products to clients through its website. These conditions apply to every purchase made by a client on the website, and clients confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions before placing an order. Therefore, by placing an order, the client acknowledges their agreement with these terms and conditions. The T&Cs are subject to regular updates, and the version applicable to a particular purchase will be the one posted on the website at the time the order is placed.
Ordering products on the website
Clients will have the option to create a personal account before placing an order, which will allow them to avoid entering their data each time they want to place an order. It is the responsibility of the clients to ensure the confidentiality and security of their login information. If there is any unauthorized use of their login information, clients must immediately notify JIMEI. JIMEI will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the client's inability to secure their login information.
To place an order, clients must first select the products they wish to purchase. They may access their shopping basket at any time to view the summary of their order before confirming it. For a new order, clients will need to provide delivery information and select a delivery mode.
Once delivery information has been entered, clients must proceed to pay for the items in their shopping basket using one of the payment methods available on the website. The order confirmation screen will display a clear and legible payment statement to ensure clients can see the amount required for their order.
Upon completion of the order, JIMEI will send a confirmation email to the client, providing a summary of their order. This email will mark the formation of the sales contract between JIMEI and the client.
Prices and terms of payment of the order
The Products' prices in USD will be displayed on the Website as part of their descriptions. The order summary shall mention the total amount due before clients accept the T&Cs, confirm their order, provide and confirm their delivery and billing addresses (if different), and proceed to payment.
Clients must pay for Products ordered on the Website in USD, and the full payment must be made on the date of the order via bank card unless JIMEI agrees to other payment terms.
The Website employs a secure online payment system provided by a specialized service provider to ensure the confidentiality of the client's banking information. By placing their order, the client guarantees to JIMEI that they have the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method.
JIMEI reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order, regardless of its nature or stage of fulfillment, in the event of partial or non-payment of any owed sum, payment default, or fraudulent or attempted fraudulent activity on the Website or during the payment process.
Price Disclaimer
At JIMEI, we strive to provide our customers with the best products at competitive prices. However, please be advised that our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Several factors, including but not limited to fluctuations in material costs, production pricing adjustments, and market conditions, may impact the overall cost of our products.
While we make every effort to keep our website updated with the most accurate pricing information, there may be instances where prices need to be adjusted. We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time, and such changes may apply to both existing and new orders.
We understand the importance of transparency and want to ensure that our customers are aware of the potential for price adjustments. Before completing your purchase, we recommend reviewing the final price in your shopping cart and confirming the total amount before proceeding with the payment.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding our pricing policy or specific price adjustments, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items as they are custom made for you are final sale. JIMEI does not offer refund due to change of mind.
Damages
Please be aware that JIMEI's stone pieces are handmade using natural stone, which means that each piece is unique and may have slight variations. It's important to remember that these variations are a natural part of the beauty of handcrafted products and should not be considered manufacturing defects. Use the images provided as a general guide, but keep in mind that the actual product may have slight imperfections due to the nature of the material and the handcrafted process. These imperfections are a testament to the craftsmanship and should be appreciated as such.
Please handle the April's Form products with care, as they are made of heavy and fragile natural materials. April's Form cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during handling, so it is important to be mindful when handling these pieces. If treated with care, your product should last a lifetime. However, if an accident does happen and a breakage occurs, we will be happy to provide you with recommendations on how to repair your product.
Transit Damages
Upon receiving the items, it is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly inspect them. If any items are damaged during transit, the buyer must notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods, providing a clear description of the damage, supporting photographs of the damage to the item, and a clear image of the packaging including shipping label. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may void any transit insurance for the goods, and a resolution may not be provided.
All damaged goods must be returned to us with the original packaging. If the original packaging has been discarded, we may be unable to proceed with the claim. If the packaging shows visible signs of mishandling, please refuse delivery from the driver. This will prompt the carrier to return the goods for resolution.
Delivery of the Orders
Delivery will be made by depositing the products on a transport pallet in front of and outside the client’s building. Any deliveries inside a building will require additional quotes that must be accepted by the client.
In case of unforeseeable circumstances causing late delivery, clients should contact JIMEI for additional timescales. It is the responsibility of the clients to ensure that the delivery information they provide is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or errors, for which JIMEI shall not be liable.
If the client fails to comply with the delivery restrictions, they may be required to pick up their order from the warehouse of the closest carrier or pay additional delivery costs. JIMEI shall not be liable for the failure to receive products or their late delivery due to force majeure as defined by the applicable law and court precedents.
OUR LIMITED WARRANTY

JIMEI provides a warranty for one year starting from the delivery date. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect that isn't caused by regular use or inherent qualities of the material, JIMEI will either repair or replace the part(s), as decided by us, within this warranty period. This warranty is exclusive to the original buyer and becomes active from the date of delivery.
