JIMEI originate from a stone company which have been working with natural stone for over 30 years across 2 ge nerations at Shuitou. Shuitou town, where a lot of stone collects, then after elaborate processing, products are delivered to every construction site, that makes it a stone center of China.

In 2019, we started to think that we were producing beautiful products for many large and complex projects, but that we were also producing a tremendous amount of waste. There are too many the off-cuts and scraps of stone that would pile up outside our factory. We began to develop new ways to reuse the scrap material we would produce. “Nothing is genuinely completely useless”, that’s why we started our brand- JIMEI.

Vision: “Awaken the living of every piece of stone”
We genuinely believe there is no product more beautiful than natural stone, some stones are so simple and classical, and then there are others where Mother Nature has created extraordinary swirls and veins and colours which could be works of art. And then there is the history – each block, each slab, every tile or piece is absolutely unique, created over millions of years.
It is a living material.
JIMEI has been reusing scraps of leftover stone to create small pieces of home decor since 2019, in such a way that would give them a new life, more precisely，we only just awaken the living of every piece of stone.
Mission： “sustainability in natural stone design”
Stone has always been one of the more environmentally-friendly products available.
JIMEI started to think about sustainability in 2019. We had found that one of the age-old problems of stone processing is the accumulation of offcuts. JIMEI’s great intuition was to no longer think of this as waste, but rather as a resource, to eliminate scraps that would undermine the health of the envi-ronment. All Marble products developed by JIMEI are 100% composed of discarded stone.
In the way，we not only eliminated almost all of the waste that we had been sending to landfill but, having run out of our own waste, we also have used the excess stone of other companies.
Not only green, but also beautiful: the fact that it is made from waste materials in no way means that JIMEI is forced to renounce aesthetic gratification, quite the opposite.
From the quality of the material we use to our timeless design principles and our expertise in working the stone, JIMEI is committed to realizing the sustainable, long-lasting potential of natural stone. About sustainability，we still have a long way to go.
Goal: “Let it stay with you for a long time”
Natural stone’s enduring fascination lies in its “imperfections” and idiosyncrasies. Then we could also add its longevity. Stone is incredibly hard-wearing – you just have to think of some of the most famous buildings or sculptures in the world to realise this.There are few natural materials that are more durable than stone.
Marble is forever, and it carries its history with it, it also reminds us of a sense of time that is far greater than us.
We hope our product designed to stay with you for a long time. As time goes by, traces of time will stay on its surface.It would of course be possible to take the stone back to how it originally appeared, to repolish it, but it is something that we would never do, because that story between you and it would be lost if you removed its surface to make it appear new again.

Unlike any other surface and ornamentation, stone offers an authenticity and distinctiveness. Its infinite variability means that as a customer you know no-one else will have a product like yours.
We also hate saying “that’s not possible” , we believe that anything is possible. To discover the infinite possibilities of natural stone，we has always been our willingness to challenge every single thing, every single process, every single product. "Dreaming is the first step to achieving something" Any piece of natural stone can create anything you want.
It should also be, in some way, surprising, but in a way that makes someone think “why did nobody ever think to do that before?” because once done, it seems so natural.
