Please be aware however, that natural stone will always retain some level of absorption and therefore products with a high acid, fat or oil content should never be placed on it. Any liquids should be wiped off as quickly as possible.

For cleaning stone, wood and metal, simply use a soft cloth with water or a neutral detergent.

SHIPPING
As a rule, all orders destined within United State should arrive within 1-3 working days, whilst for other countries the estimated delivery time is 5-8 working days.
For bulkier items (tables, storage pieces, special editions and so on), delivery times may vary, based on the dimensions of the product and availability in our warehouse. 

Once your order has been sent, we will send you an email with a tracking link so that you can monitor your delivery.

RETURNS
We always hope that our clients will be delighted with our products, but we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item. This must be done within 14 days from the date of delivery, using the same courier or shipping provider that delivered it to you.

Please note that we cannot accept a return if a product has been used or personalised in any way. Every item must be returned in its original packing and adequately packed to ensure it travels safely and reaches us in perfect condition.

Once we have authorised a refund, it will be made within 5 working days from the date we receive the product back.
